Merlin, a vision–language foundation model trained on a large dataset of paired CT scans, patient record data and radiology reports, demonstrates strong performance across model architectures, diagnostic and prognostic tasks, and external sites.
This approach can be constructed in many variants. For example, with some simple tweaks, can build credentials that only permit the User to employ the credential a limited number of times in any given time period: for example, at most 100 times per day.4 This requires us to simply change the inputs to the PRF function, so that they include a time period (for example, the date) as well as a counter.
